Reporting a problem with the tool
If the sound won't play, it helps to include your phone model, your browser (Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet and so on) and what happened when you pressed Start. Before writing, it's worth checking two common causes: on iPhone, Silent mode switched on, and on any phone, Bluetooth headphones still connected so the sound plays there instead.

Repairs
